La Cocina de Chencha: We are an authentic Mexican restaurant; we are pleased to serve our clients traditional dishes cooked instantly with fresh local products. In our menu you can find our famous snacks, sopes, huaraches, chimichangas, tacos, burritos and flautas. Our specialties are Tlayuda, Oaxacan Mole, El Molcajete, Guelaguetza, Chiles Rellenos, Mixteco Dish, and the Pumpkin Flower Quesadilla. At the same time, we offer a wide variety of natural fresh waters made with real fruits. We opened our doors in 2017; our owner, Inocencia Sumano, is a Mexican entrepreneur who started her business from home. She is passionate about cooking and creates dishes that connect her clients with her culture and traditions. They prepare food for events and offer dine-in, takeout, and delivery.
