Gaby's bakery we are an artisan bakery-pastry shop where we make a wide variety of specialized Mexican-style products, such as our delicious for all kinds of events and elegant designs (weddings, birthdays, baptisms), the traditional Mexican bread in all its styles and freshly baked, as well as a wide variety of sweets and desserts such as our famous Tres Leches, all made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Discover our wide variety of hot and cold drinks, such as champurrado, coffee, hot chocolate, and healthy natural juices made with fresh fruits and vegetables. We opened our doors in 1994, the owner Mr. Gabriel Román, a native of Mexico, who with an entrepreneurial spirit began this adventure almost 30 years ago, started with a 1st store located in Joyce Kilmer, and today they have three stores in the city of New Brunswick, we already have 30 years in the market, offering the best services for our community of customers whom we thank for the support and trust in all this time of service. We provide dine-in and takeaway.
